An Act for granting to Her Majesty certain sums of money to defray the expenses of Civil Government for the year one thousand eight hundred and eightyone, and for other purposes therein mentioned.

MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN:

HEREAS it appears by Messages from His Honour the Preamble. Honourable John Beverley Robinson, Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario, and the Estimates accompanying the same, that the sums hereinafter mentioned in the Schedule to this Act are required to defray certain expenses of the Civil Government of this Province, and of the public service thereof, and for other purposes, for the year one thousand eight hundred and eightyone; may it therefore please Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and it is hereby enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, as follows:

Fund for certain purposes.

1. From and out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of $2,374,116 73 this Province, there shall and may be paid and applied a sum the Consoligranted out of (not exceeding in the whole) of two millions three hundred dated Revenue and seventy-four thousand one hundred and sixteen dollars and seventy-three cents, for defraying the several charges and expenses of the Civil Government of this Province for the year one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, as set forth in Schedule "A" to this Act; and for the expenses of Legislation
