Also I give and bequeath to my well beloved son, David Roe, the farm I now live upon, together with that Fifty acres which formerly belonged to Henry Monfort, including my dwelling-house and barns and all other my office houses, to enjoy the same, him and his heirs forever. Item : It is also my will, and I do order, that my well beloved wife, my two daughters, and my son David live together as formerly, and that no division be made, nor any of my farming implements be sold or disposed of until my son David Roe is of age. Item: It is my will that my well beloved wife, Shusannah Roe, have an honorable maintenance as long as she remains my widow; but if my widow shall marry, what I here bequeath unto her, viz., my negro wench Sall, my chaise with horse and furniture, also her bed and furniture, and two cows, to hold to her during her natural life, she making no waste or destruction thereof; from and after her decease I give and bequeath the same to my above named eight daughters, each of them an equal share. Item : It is my will that all of my movable estate be equally divided amongst my above mentioned eight daughters, each of them to have an equal share, and to enjoy the same, them and their heirs forever. Item: It is also my will that if any of my three youngest children should die before marriage, that then the estate here willed to them shall be equally divided amongst the rest of my surviving children. Item : It is also my will that my two daughters, Shusannah Roe and Phoebe Roe, have the back room in the northeast end of my dwelling-house as a house or place of residence while they, or either of them, remain single; but after marriage them, or either of them, have no right to said room. Item: It is my will that my farm above willed to be sold, be sold as soon as possible after my de
