GEOLOGICAL SURVEY

NOTE. The publications of the United States Geological Survey consist of annual reports, bulletins, Mineral resources, Professional papers, and Water-supply papers; and maps, Monographs, and folios of the Geologic atlas and the Topographic atlas of the United States, which are sold at prices ranging from 5c. to $11.00 each. A wholesale rate has been established for topographic and geologic folios, so that a discount of 40 per cent. from the retail price is now allowed on all orders the net cost of which amounts to $3.00 or more. This rate applies on an order of either maps or folios alone or for maps and folios together, but does not apply to the folios sold at 5c. each on account of damage by fire. Address the Director of the Geological Survey, Washington.
