Voted to Dismiss the 7th artical of the warrant

Voted on the Eighteth artical that the Corn Rate Shall Be paid as was Before agreed to

Voted to Dismiss the tenth artical

Voted that it Shall be Lawful to warn Town meetings in the useual way of this town and for warning meetings for Jury men at Levt halls house only warrants posted up

also the Town voted to Except of the report of a Committy

Chosen last august to Settle with James pearce and John Dickey former Constables of this town.

Voted on the Second artical of the warrant that the town Excepts of the town accompts as they have Bin Red and Stand hear after Recorded (viz)

(Seal) To Levt John Hall Constable for the Town of Darryfield Greeting

you are hearby Required in the Name of the Gouerment and People of this State To worn all the freeholders and other Inhabitants that they meet at the meetind house in Said Darryfield on wednesday the Ninteenth Day of April Instent at three oclock in the afternoon then and there when met to act on the folowing articals (viz)

11y firstly to Chooes a moderator to Regulate Said meeting 2ly Secondly to Chooes a man to Serve on the Grand Jury at the Next Superior Cort of Judicatuer to be holden at Amharst on the last tuesday of April next Instant

31y thirdly to Draw one man out of the Box to Serve on the Petit Jury at the aforsaid Cort on the aforesaid Last tuesday of april Instant

Hearof fail not and make proper Return of this warrant and your Doings there on to my Self on or Before the Said Day for holding Said meeting as you would avoid the penalty of the Law in Sutch Case provided

Given under my hand and Seal at Darryfield this Eleventh Day of April one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty and in the forth year of our Independence
