Then meet agreeable to the above Notification, and Voted Col. John Stark Moderator of Said Meeting.

then Voted to Pay the men that ingages into the Contennentel Services for sd Town as a Bounty fifty Dollers per man.

Afterwardes Voted Eighty Dolers per man in Lue of the fifty.

Voted the present Select men Collect the above money of the freehoulders and Inhabitants in Said Town, or Borrow the above money if Demanded before it can be Collected.

(Seal) To James Peirce Constable of the Town of Derryfield in Said County,

Greeting You are Hereby Required in the name of the Goverment & people of the State of New Hampshire to Warn all the Inhabitants of the Town of Derryfield Qualified by Law to Vote in Town Meeting that they Meet at the Meeting House in Said Derryfield Upon Moday the Second Day of June next at three of the Clock in the after noon then and there at the Request of Sixteen of the Inhabitants of Said town to act on the following perticulars (viz)

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator

2-ly to Chouse a Committee and Invest them with Power to Settle and Give Cridet to those persons that has Don Som

Tower of Duty and advanced Som money towards carriing on this Unnatural war Since the Begining of Hostilityes to this Date So that the Whole Coste of Said Ware may be Equaly proportioned according to pols and Estates.

3-ly to see if the Town Will alow Robert MoNight and Ichabod Martin to be mde Equal to the Othar five Men that Listed into the Continental armey.

4-ly to Chouse a Commettee to Regulate the Prices of things not mentioned in the Regulating act

and this Shall be your Suficent Warrent. and Make Return of this Warrant to the Seelect Men at or before Said Meeting. Given under our Hands and Seal this Seventeenth Day of May anno Que Domini one Thousand seven Hundred and Seventy Seven.

You are hereby Required to Warn a meeting, of the free Houlders Inhabitants of Said Derryfield that they Meet at their Meeting house Uppon Monday the Second Day of June next at three of the Clock in the afternoon.

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

2-ly to Draw one man from the Box to Serve on the Petit Jury at the Next Inferiour Court of Common Pleas to be Holden at Amhirst on the first Tuesday of July next.

and this Shall be your Sufecant Warrent Geven under my hand at Derryfield affore Said this 27th Day of May 1777
