Voted to Dismis the Sixth Articul in the Warrent at Pres

Voted on the Seventh Articul in the Warrent that the Person Who takes Elisebath Marcey Shall furnish her with the After Mentioned Articuls (viz) One pare of Shows, one Pare of Stockens. one pare of Shifts, one Petticot, one Good Humspon Gound, one Henkerchiefe and two Aprons.

Voted Daniel Hall is to Ceep the above Marcey with Victules Washing and Lodging, Suficant and to furnish her with the Above Articuls in Good Season for her Comfort to the Setesfacttion of the Present Select Men for one year from the Above Date he being the Loest Bider for her, and if the above Mercey be furneshed with the Said articuls in Good Secon then the above hall is to Receive three Pounds twelve Shillings Lawfull money out of the Insuing Assessment.

Voted on the Eight Articul in the Warrent five men for a Committee of Safty for the Insuing Year (viz)

Voted Col. John Goffe, Cap. William Parrham. Cop: Alexander Macmurphy, En" Samuel Boyd, and EnTM Samuel Stark, bee the affore Said Committe.

Voted that the Constable warn the Town meetings for the Insuing year as Youesal.

Voted that the present Select Men pay the one Hallf of the Charges that has alreadey arisen Concerning a fifth act Maid for the Clearing of Great Cohass Brook in Said Town.

Likways Voted Cap: Alexander Macmurphy, Lev: Samuel Moor, and Lev: John Parham a Committee to Inspact and See that Said Brook is Sufacently Cleared So that the Ealwives May not be Incumbred in their Seasons of Runing ind Said Brook accordin to the true Intant of the act.

Greeting You are hereby Required to warn a meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said Derryfield that they meet at their Meeting House upon the first Monday of April next at two of the Clock after Noon to Act on the following Articuls.

1-ly to Chouse a Moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

2-ly to See What Method the Tow Will take to Recover the Money Due to Said Town upon the Notes Given by former Constables, and to See if the Town Will Make aney Abatment to the Said Constables Who May Pray for Abeatment.

3-ly to See if the Town will Alow the Men Aney ConSiderration that Want from Said Town to Caimbridge Upon the First Alarm And this Shall Be Your Sufacant Warrant Given Under Our Hands and Seal at Derryfield Afore Said this 4th Day of March 1776
