Voted Capt John Stark moderator of Said meetingVoted to ajourn this meeting to Levin John Halls house. then meet according to ajournment the Moderator & Clerk present and the meeting caled.

Voted on the fifth articul in the Warrent that John perham is Imployed to to Suport Elisabeth Marcy a poor gearl three munths from the above Date She Remaining in her former halth and for which the Said perham is to Receiv from the Town Eighteen Shillings Lawfull money.

Voted on the Sixth Dito, to alow those that Attend at ither Court or Sessions for the present year. twelve Shillings pr man. Voted on the Seventh, Dito Not to Rais any money for to Repair our meeting house at present.

Voted on the Eighth Dito, that the Select men have powr to Collect as much money for Defraying the Charge of the Town as they Shall think proper.

Voted on the Ninth Dito, that the Select men have power to Collect as much Money for Duing the high way work as they See Cause.

Voted on the tenth Dito, that it Shall be Sufecant for Warn

ing town meetings for the present year, for the Constable to post a Coppy of the warrents, at John Rands Esqr Mr Abraham Merrills and Levin John Halls. and for Jury mens meetings a Coppy to be posted only at the Said Halls.

You are Hereby Required in his majestys Name to Warn ameeting of the Free houlders Inhabitants of Said Derryfield Qualifyed to Vote in Common Affairs of the Town that they meet at their meeting House upon the first Day of April next at four of the Clock in the afternoon of Said Day.

1-ly to Chouse a moderator to Regulate Said Meeting

2-ly to Draw one man out of the Box to Serve on the petit Jury at the next Court of General Sessions of the peace. to be Holden at Amherst on the first thursday next following the first Tuesday in April next, and this Shall be Your Safecant Warrent.
