2-dly to Chuse one good and Lawfull man to Serve on the Grand Jury at his Majestys Superior Court of Jugicature to Be hald at Amhirst on the Second Tuesday of Saptamber next.

3-dly to Draw one man out of the Superior Box to Sarve on the petit Jury at the affore Said Court. and make Return hereof with your Dowings unto me at the commencement of Said Term.

2-dly to Se how Much the Town will alow those that are to Serve for the Insuing year. Dated at Derryfield this 17th Day of August 1772

Voted John Griffen moderator of Said meeting

Voted Capth John moor for Grand Jurior for to Serve at his Majestys Superior Court of Jugicature to be hald at Amhirst

Drew out of the Box for Petit Jury to Serve at Said Court Leytn John Hall.

Voted on the first articul which the Select men Inserted in the above warrent to alow those that has been alradey Drawn out of the Box to Serve at the Superior Court and Sessions two Dolers pr Man for those that hath apered at ither Court or Sessions as Petit Juryors

Voted on the Second Dito to alow those that are Drawn as Petit Juryors for the Superior or Inferior Courts or Sessions for this Present year from the above Date to Recave two Dolers per man they apering at ither Court or Sessions Recorded this 5th Day of October 1772

you are Hereby Required in his Majestyes Name to warn a meeting of the freehoulders Inhabitants of Said Derryfield Qualifyed to Vote in Common Affairs of the town that they meet at their Meeting House upon Satterday the third Day of October next at three of the Clock in the afternoon on Said Day.

2-dly to Chouse one Good and Lawfull man to Serve on the grand Jury at the next Court of General Sessions of the peace to be holden at Amherst on the first thursday next following the first tusday in October next.

3-dly to Draw one man out of the Box to Serve on the Petit Jury at the afor Said Court. and make return hereof with your Doings unto me at the Commencement of Said Term this Being your Sufecant warrent Dated at Derryfield this 19th Day of September, 1772.
