Then Laid out a High way for the uese and Benefit of the Town of Derryfield as followeth (viz) Begining Southwast of William mac Clintok Juners barn upon the main Road Leading from Londonderry to Names Cage falls from thance Norerdly as the Road is now trood to Capt Alexander mac Murpheys then Begining on the Norwasterly Sid of John Hoggs Esq Land and so up Said Road by Robert Cuningham as the Road is now trod till it Come to the afore mentioned Road Leading to Names Cag and wee alow this highway or Road to Be three Roods wide and wee alow So much of the Land Reserved for High ways to the owenrs of the Lands that this gou throw, as this Road takes up, and If aney be a wanting wee alow three Shillings pr accer for Such as Coms Short

Then Laid out a Highway for the use and Benefit of the Town of Derryfield as followeth (viz) Begining to the South of Daniel Halls saw mill upon the Road Leading to Names Cage from thance Southwesterly the Nearest and Bast Ground to a road now Improved by the afore Said Daniel, near to a Small Run from thance along Said Road or near to it. till it Coums to a Road which Leads from Livtn John Halls to Merrills Ferrey, and wee alow this Highway to be three Roods wide and wee alow So much of the Land Reserved for highways to the owners of the Lands that this Highway gose throw, as this High way taks up, and if aney be wanting wee alow three Shillings per accer to Such as come Short.
