Halaman 770 - We hold the true rule to be that whatever the passenger takes with him for his personal use or convenience according to the habits or wants of the particular class to which he belongs, either with reference to the immediate necessities, or to the ultimate purpose, of the journey, must be considered as personal luggage.
Halaman 580 - SECTION B. At the end of the calendar month the total number of days credited will be deducted from the total number of days debited, and $1.00 per day charged for the remainder. Halaman 246 - TO MAINTAIN STATIONS. SECTION 1801. Every corporation operating a railroad shall maintain a station at every village, whether incorporated or not, having a post office, and containing two hundred inhabitants or more, through or within one-eighth of a mile of which its line of road runs, and shall provide the necessary arrangements, receive and discharge freight and passengers, and shall stop at least one train each day each way at such station, if trains are run on such road to that extent.
