L. in the art, mystery, trade, and bufinefs of a furgeon and an apothecary, and in all things whatfoever incident and belonging thereunto, in fuch manner as he the faid IV. T. now, or at any time hereafter during the faid term of finding meat, seven years, fhall ufe, practise, teach or deal in the fame: And also, That he the faid W. T. during all the faid term, fhall and will find, provide and allow to him the faid 7. L. good and fufficient meat, drink, washing and lodging fit for an apprentice; And also, in case of sickness, the charges of proper phyfic for him the faid F. HE faid A. THE

HIS Indenture, &c. witneeth, that A. daughter of, &c. doth put, &c. to B. of, &c. and C. his wife, to learn the art of a seamstress, and of making all forts of plain work, and the art and trade of felling of linen, and of a millener, which the faid C. his wife nov ufeth, &c. (as in common indentures.) And the faid master and mistrefs do agree, that the faid mistress fhall and will teach, &c.

An Indenture for an Apprentice to learn the Art of Blowing and Finishing of Glafs, wherein the Mafter agrees to pay the Apprentice a certain Sum per Week, to find himself all Necessaries.

To ferve after the manner of an apprentice unto C. of, &c, at or near, &c. or elsewhere, in or about the city of L. from, &c. unto, &c. During, &c. And the faid matter doth hereby agree, that he fhall and will caufe his faid apprentice to be inftructed in the art of blowing and finishing of crown glafs and Normandy glafs, and of making look. ing-glafs plates, if he the faid C. have or keep works for making fuch plates, in or about the said city of L. during the faid term; And shall and will alfo truly pay, or caufe to be paid, unto his faid apprentice the fum of, &c. per week, to find and provide himself with diet, lodging and apparel during the faid term, &c.

HIS Indenture witneffeth, That A. fon of B. of, &c. doth bind himfelf apprentice unto C of, &c. after the manner of an apprentice to ferve him the faid C. and fuch other perfon or perfons in the navigation of any fhip or veffel, as the faid C. fhall order and appoint, for the term of years from, &c. to be accounted and fully to be compleat and ended: During which faid term the faid apprentice shall and will faithfully ferve the faid C. and do and perform all fuch service and busi nefs, as well at fea on board any fhips or veffels which shall belong, or be employed in the fervice of the faid C. and with and under fuch perfon or perfons as he fhall from time to time order and appoint, or otherwife, as the occafions of the faid C. fhall require; and fhall and will obey all lawful commands of his faid mafter, and fuch other perfon or perfons with whom he shall from time to time order and appoint him to ferve And go in any fhip or veffel, and diligently and carefully demean and VOL. behave himself towards him and them: He shall not do, or willingly fuf. fer to be done by others, any hurt, prejudice or damage to the goods, merchandizes, or other affairs of his faid mafter, or any other with whom he fhall be appointed to ferve as aforefaid, but the fame, to the utmost of his power, fhall hinder, or him or them thereof forthwith warn; He fhall not absent himself from the faid fervice by day or night unlawfully, but in all things as a good and faithful apprentice he fhall bear and behave himself towards his faid mafter, and fuch person and perfons with whom he fhall order him from time to time to ferve as aforefaid, during the faid term: And the faid mafter his faid apprentice fhall and will caufe to be taught and inftructed in the art or butinefs of a failor, fo far as fhall be neceffary as to the voy ages wherein he fhali be employed; And shall and will find and provide unto and for his faid apprenticeship meet and fufficient meat, drink, &c. THEREAS the faid J. F. the day of the date hereof, in confi deration of the affection which he beareth to the faid R. C. is contented and agreed to take the said R. C. to be his fervant or apprentice in merchandizing affairs, and accordingly to employ him therein as well in parts beyond feas, as in the kingdom of Great Britain, where the faid F. F. fhall or may hereafter, or now hath trading and dealings, for the fpace of feven years, to commence from the day of the date of thefe prefents: And hereupon the faid D. C father of the faid R. C. doth covenant and grant for himfelf, his executors, adminiftrators and affigns, to and with the faid 7. F. his executors, adminiftrators and affigns, that the faid R. C. his fon fhall and will, during the faid term (if he fo long live) well, diligently and faithfully, to the utmost of his power and skill, ferve him the faid 7. F. in his trade of merchandizing, and other his affairs, is fuch place and places as the faid 7.F. fhall think fit to appoint; and that the faid R. C. at all times hereafter, dur ing the faid term, fhall receive and take into his charge and cuftody all fuch goods and merchandizes whatsoever, as by or for the ufe or account of the faid J. F. fhall be configned or fent to him the said R. C. and alfo fell, utter and difpofe of the fame goods and merchandize to the best profit he can for the faid J. F. his executors, adminiftrators or affigns; and fhall alfo at all times during the faid term follow and per form the advice, direction and orders of him the faid J. F. which hall by letters or otherwife be fent, given or made known to him the faid R. C. about or concerning the factory or merchandize aforefaid; and allo that he the faid R. C. fhall at the charge of the faid 7. S. his, &c. provide and keep in due order books of account concerning the faid employ ments as aforefaid, according to the custom of merchants in fuch cafes, and fhall deal justly, truly and faithfully to and with the faid J. F. his, &c. in all and every of his accounts, reckonings, bargains and dealings,
