ASSESSORS AND ASSISTANT ASSESSORS-Elected by joint ballot of the City Council. City Charter, Section 8. Meet on the first Monday of each month, from 2 to 5, P.M. FIREWARDS-Chosen by joint ballot of City Council. City Charter, Section 8. Ordinance No. 66.

BOARD OF ENGINEERS-Seven in number, selected from the Firewards elect. Ordinance No. 66. Meet on the first Monday evening of each month.

OVERSEERS OF THE POOR-Mayor and Aldermen, and one member of the Common Council from each Ward in the city, elected by ballot of City Council in Convention. Ordinance No. 49. Meet first Tuesday of each month, at the Alms House, and on Wednesday evening of each week at the City Hall.

SCHOOL COMMITTEE Selected by ballot in a Convention of the City Council-together with the Mayor and President of the Common Council ex-officio. City Charter, Sections 7 and 9.

HEALTH COMMISSIONERS-The Board of Aldermen, or elected by the City Council, from either or both branches of the City Government. Additional Act to City Charter, Sec. 3.

The COUNCIL meets regularly on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, in the evening.

The COMMITTEE ON ACCOUNTS on Thursday after the first Monday of each month, at 2 o'clock, P.M.

The Meetings of all the Boards and Committees are held at the City Hall.
