LOCAL LAWS.

AN ACT

To lay out and establish a State Road in the Counties of Shelby and Miami.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, That Robert Houston and Samuel Marshall, of the county of Shelby, and Joseph Bennett, of the county of Miami, be, and they are hereby, appointed commissioners to lay out and establish a State road in the counties of Shelby and Miami; commencing at a point where the State road from Greenville to Sidney, by Hardin, crosses the centre of section thirty-six, town ten, north, range five, east, in Shelby county; thence south, on the half section thirty-six, and one in town nine, range five, to the town of Trithena, passing through the main street thereof; thence across the Loramie's creek, near the centre of section twelve; thence south, on or near the half section line of twelve, to section thirteen; thence on the half section lines of thirteen and twenty-four, to the corner between William Gillespie, McKee and Stewart; thence southwesterly, to the mouth of James Jackson's lane, passing through the same, and intersecting the county road, to Blue Rock Ripple; thence following the same to the county line of Shelby county; thence on the straightest route to the St. Mary's road, and following the same to the town of Piqua, in Miami county.

Sec. 2. That the commissioners aforesaid shall be governed, in all respects, by the law now in force, defining the mode of laying out and establishing State roads; and should either of said commissioners die, remove out of the county, or refuse to serve, the commissioners of the county in which such vacancy may occur, are hereby authorized to fill the same.
