be appointed from the Board of Managers. It shall be the duty of the Visiting Committee to visit their respective Kindergartens at least once a month, making critical inspection of the same, and reporting on the progress and needs of the work. It shall also be the duty of the Visiting Committee to bring before the Board of Managers, for their consideration and action, any necessary improvements or suggestions in regard to the schools.

SEC. 5.-Reception Committee. The Reception Committee shall be appointed annually by the President. The Chairman of such committee shall be chosen from the Board of Managers. It will be the duty of the Reception Committee to accompany and welcome to the various Kindergartens any who may wish to visit the same.

SEC. 6-Educational Committee. The Educational Committee shall be appointed annually by the Board of Directors, and shall report to the Superintendent. It shall consist of not less than four members. It shall be the duty of the Educational Committee to visit the Kindergarten from time to time, and report on the work of the teachers and the progress made by the children. Any suggestions in regard to better modes and methods of development or training shall be made to the Superintendent.

ARTICLE VII.

AMENDMENTS.

This Constitution and these By-Laws may be altered or amended by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any regular meeting of the Board of Directors, previous notice of such alteration or amendment having been given in writing at the last preceding regular meeting.
