SEC. 6. That the first section of Ordinance No. 25 be added to Ordinance No. 100, omitting the two last words, "and 23d," and shall become section four of that Ordinance. SEC. 7. That in section one of Ordinance No. 21 the word "April" be stricken out, and "January" inserted. SEC. 10. An Ordinance relative to the Revised Ordinances. Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Pertsmouth as follows: SEC. 1. That all the Ordinances printed and contained in a certain book prepared and printed under the direction of James C. Brown and Moses Wherren, by authority of a vote of the City Council of the City of Portsmouth, passed on the second day of March, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-five, shall be deemed and are hereby declared to be, and are the Ordinances of the said city, and shall have the force thereof. SEC. 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
