CHAPTER CXXII.

AN ACT divorcing George J. Martin and Sophronia H. Martin. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between George J. Martin and Sophronia H. Martin be and the same is hereby dissolved, and that the said parties be and hereby are divorced from the bonds of matrimony, and that they are restored to all their rights and privileges, the same as if said marriage contract had never existed.

This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXXIII.

AN ACT divorcing Letta M. McLachlin and Henry McLachlin.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas, as follows:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract between Letta M. McLachlin and Henry McLachlin be and is hereby declared null and void, and that the said parties be and are hereby divorced from the bonds of matrimony, and restored to all the rights and privileges, the same as if said matrimonial contract had never existed, and the said Letta McLachlin shall hereafter be known in her maiden name, Letta M. Bassett. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXXIV.

AN ACT divorcing W. A. Morton and Sarah Jane Morton.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas, as follows:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract between Wm. A. Morton and Sarah Jane Morton, be and is hereby declared null and void, and that the said parties be and are hereby divorced from the bonds of matrimony, and restored to all the rights and privileges, the same as if said marriage contract had never existed.

This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXXV.

AN ACT for the relief of J. Newell.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony now existing between Joseph Newell and Sarah Newell, be and are hereby declared null and void, and the said parties restored to all their rights and privileges, as they existed before said marriage.

CHAPTER CXXVI.

AN ACT to divorce Edward Palmer and Dinah Palmer.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the
Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract between Edward Palmer and Dinah Palmer, be and is hereby declared null and void, and the said parties be and hereby are divorced from the bonds of matrimony, and restored to all their rights and privileges, the same as if said marriage contract had never existed.

SEC. 2. That the marriage contract be null and void, and that your petitioner, Dinah Palmer, be restored to her maiden name, which was Dinah Riches.

SEC. 3. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXXVII.

AN ACT to divorce Delos T. Parker and Eliza C. Parker.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the
Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between Delos T. Parker and Eliza C. Parker, be and the same are hereby dissolved, and each party is restored to all the rights possessed by him or her previous to said marriage. SEC. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER CXXVIII.

AN ACT divorcing Lydia W. Peck and Horatio N. Peck, alias James Diamond. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of Kansas Territory:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract heretofore existing between Lydia W. Peck and Horatio N. Peck, alias James Diamond, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties restored to all their rights, the same as single persons. SEC. 2. That the custody of the minor children of the said parties are hereby assigned to the said Lydia W. Peck.

SEC. 3. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT divorcing Lucy A. Perry and William Perry.

Be it enacted by the Governor and the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the marriage contract between William Perry and Lucy A. Perry, be and is hereby declared null and void, and that the said parties are hereby divorced from the bonds of matrimony, and restored to all their rights and privileges, the same as if said marriage contract had never existed.

SEC. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT divorcing Jane Pine and William Pine

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

SECTION 1. That the bonds of matrimony now and heretofore existing between Jane Pine and William Pine, are dissolved, and the said parties restored to all their rights and privileges, as if said marriage had never been contracted.

SEC. 2. This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT to divorce Samuel Reynolds and Harriet Reynolds.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Kansas:

That the marriage contract between Samuel Reynolds and Harriet Reynolds be and is hereby declared null and void, and that the said parties be and are hereby divorced from the bonds of matrimony and restored to all their rights and privileges, the same as if said marriage contract had never existed.
