SECT. 1. SECT. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Legislature assembled, That William Phipps, Persons incorpoFranklin Greene Jun., Elias Keyes Luther Faulkner, Parker H. Pierce, Joshua Crane, Edward Smith, William Hales, George Morey, Homer and Palmer, L. H. Osgood, Isaac Jackson, Samuel R. Allen, Thomas R. Sewall, William P. Parrott, Z. B. Adams, their associates, successors and assigns, be and they hereby are established a corporation by the name of the Bangor Mill and Manufacturing Corporate name. Company, for the purpose of Manufacturing lumber, cotton, wool, iron, and steel, with power by that name to sue and be sued, prosecute and defend suits at law, have and use a common seal to be altered by them at pleasure, to make any by-laws for the management of their concerns not repugnant to the laws of this State, and generally to have and enjoy all the powers and privileges incident to like Corporations, subject to the duties and requirements expressed in the several Acts of this State, defining the powers and duties of Corporations, and also to "An Act concerning Corporations," passed the sixteenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and thirty six.

SECT. 2. Be it further enacted, That said Company may hold real and personal estate to an amount not exceeding two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.

AN ACT to establish the Belfast and Quebec Rail Road Corporation.

SECT. 2.
