Halaman 28 - ... of this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment in jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
