To amend an act entitled "An act authorizing the Governor to incorpo rate a company to make an artificial road commencing where the Schuylkill canal road intersects the Ridge turnpike road, near Robinson's mill, thence along the bed of said road to the Flat Rock bridge."

SEOT. 1. For removing strata of rock from the bed of the Wallenpaupack river, in the counties of Pike and Wayne, and for other purposes.

SECT. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the Governor be, and he is hereby authorized to draw his warrant on the State Treasurer for the sum of three $3,000 appro- thousand dollars, to be appropriated to the purpose of removing strata of rocks from the bed of the Wallenpaupack river, in the counties of Pike and Wayne, near Wilsonsville; and further, for the purpose of draining stagnant pools of water in the vicinity of Wilsonsville.

Curry, the widows of soldiers of the revolutionary war.

SECT. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the State Treasurer be, and he is hereby author- $40 grat. & ized and required to pay George Keller, of the city of Phiia ann. granted delphia, a soldier, and to Louisa Osteer, of the county of to G. SECT. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen tatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the State Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and required to pay to James Kirk, of Bucks

AN ACT

Authorizing the inhabitants of Windsor township, York county, and Skippack and Perkiomen township, Montgomery county, to elect additional supervisors, and for other purposes.

SECT. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and after the passage of this act, it shall and may be lawful for the electors in Windsor township, York county, to elect annually, at their usual place of electing township offieers, three qualified citizens for supervisors

SECT. 2.
