RESOLUTION

For the relief of William B. Mitchell.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met

That the Auditor General be authorized to settle the account Aud. General of William B. Mitchell, superintendent of the Philadelphia authorized to and Columbia rail road, for the moneys not exceeding ten settle account hundred and thirty dollars, by him expended in the months for expenses of October and November, Anno Domini, one thousand incurred du- eight hundred and thirty-two, in procuring physicians, medicine, and a temporary hospital to attend and accommodate the laborers employed on the Eastern Division of said rail road, during the prevalence of the Asiatic cholera, to be paid out of the funds appropriated to the said road.

RESOLUTION

Relative to pay of Clerk hire in the Auditor General's office, and contingent expenses in the office of the Secretary of the Land Office, and for other purposes.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, That the sum of eight hundred dollars be, and is hereby ap propriated for clerk hire, in the office of the Auditor General, for one year from the first day of April, one thousand eight hundred and thirty three; and the sum of three hundred dollars be, and is hereby appropriated, for the contingent expenses of the office of the Secretary of the Land Office.
