AN ACT

Declaring that part of Pine Creek, in Potter .county, from the Forka

above Big Ell Lick, to the Forks above William Ellsworth's, on said creek, a public highway.

Sect. I. Be it enacted by the Senale and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and after the passage of this act, that part of Pine creek, in Potter county, from the first forks above Big Elk Lick, on said creek, to the forks above Wil. liam Ellsworth's, on said creek, be and the same is hereby declared a public highway, for the passage of rafts, boats, and other craft; and it shall and may be lawful for the inhabitants desirous of using the navigation of said creek, to remove all natural and artificial obstructions from the bed or Reroval of channel of said creek, except dans for mills and other wa. obstructions. ter works, and also to erect“such siopes at the mills or other dams in said creek, as may be necessary for the passage of rafts, boats, or other vessels: Provided, Such slopes be so Proviso. constructed as not to injure the works of such dams: And Of the slopes. provided also, That any person or persons owning or pog. sessing lands on said creek, shall have liberty to construct any dam or Jams across the same, agreeably and subject to all the restrictions and provisions of an act of the General

Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the
same, That the marriage contract entered into by and be.
tween James $ Chambers and Rose Ann Chambers his wife,
late Rose Ann Crawford, both lạte of the county of Erie,
be and the same is hereby annulled and made void, and the
parties released and discharged from the said contract, and
from all duties and obligations arising therefrom as fully
and effectually and absolutely as if they had never been
joined in marriage.

from the Choconut creek, on the north line of Susquehanna county,
to the Abington and Waterford turnpike.

Sect. 1. Be it enacled by the Senate and House of Repretatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the
