For the relief of Ebenezer Kerr, present coroner of Allegheny county

and for other purposes.

Sect. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate und House of Repre. sentatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly mel, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the commissioners of Allegheny county, are Comm’rs. to hereby authorized and required to draw their warrants on draw warthe county treasurer in favor of Ebenezer Kerr, the present rants in favor coroner of said county for the amount of jurors, constables of E.
