CITY OF YONKERS LOCAL LAW No. 1 A local law in relation to salary to be paid to the mayor and to the comptroller of the city of Yonkers. Became a law November 21, 1927, with the approval of the mayor. Passed by the local legislative body of the city of Yonkers. Be it enacted by the common council of the city of Yonkers as follows: Section 1. Salaries. The mayor of the city of Yonkers shall receive an annual salary of ten thousand dollars and the comptroller of the city of Yonkers shall receive an annual salary of six thousand five hundred dollars. § 2. Chapter four hundred and seventy-three of the laws of nineteen hundred and six as amended by chapter three hundred and ninety-five of the laws of nineteen hundred and fifteen and chapter three hundred and seventy-eight of the laws of nineteen hundred and twenty, being section sixteen of the second class cities law, in so far as it is inconsistent herewith is hereby superseded in its application to the city of Yonkers and shall be deemed not controlling. § 3.
