Q. THEN you fay, the treaty was carried into execution with refpect to Mr. Walter's property? Do you mean the transfer of the property from Mr. Walter to Mr. Lloyd, or from Mr. Lloyd to Mr. Medlycot, or both? A. The transfer was firft from Mr. Walter to Mr. Lloyd, and afterwards from Mr. Lloyd to Mr. Medlycot. I have feen both the deeds, and Mr. Medlycot has received half a year's rent, due laft Michaelmas. Q. Have you feen, at any time, a note given by Mr. Hallet to Mr. Medlycot, for 300l. or thereabouts?-A. Yes. Q. Whether Mr. Medlycot expreffed a difpofition to give up Mr. Luttrell, or otherwife? A. Mr. Medlycot was always very averfe to give up Mr. Luttrell, till fuch time as his brother came from London, and when his brother came from London, and told him, what had paffed between Mr. Robinson and him, he seemed very much displeased at it.
