FEATURES:

The Two Series, above named, collate in scientific order and make readily available to the profession, every reported case which deals with the questions relating to their respective subjects.

The Annotations adhere to the rigid rules which govern skilled brief-making, and are not a mere running digest of cases of little actual relevancy to the points they assume to elucidate. They are succinct and thorough expositions of the text of the cases, made for the use of busy practitioners who have no time to spend in wading through masses of knowledge of no immediate use.

Every Question of Railroad or Corporation Law, as discussed and decided by the courts of to-day, is made to stand out, clear and exact, subject to instant identification; and by a simple but efficient system of index catch numbers is so linked to correlative principles of law, elsewhere presented in each volume, as to outline a complete and practical brief upon each topic treated.

Leading Articles, Monographs, and Annotations, by the foremost practitioners, judges, law writers, and instructors, dealing with the difficult questions involved in the cases reported, will appear in each Part, and thereby give subscribers the benefit of the ripest scholarship and the widest experience of the profession upon the vital questions of the living law with which it is daily called upon to deal.

No Other Like Collection Completely Exhausts the Cases.
No Other has such Aids to the Case-hunter
and the Brief-maker.

These works are issued in monthly Parts, each Part containing not less than 224 pages. Three Parts make a complete volume. When Part 3 is published, the Parts are returned to the publisher by the subscriber, and are bound in best law sheep and returned by mail WITHOUT CHARGE FOR BINDING. The subscription price is $4.50 per volume.

SPECIAL NOTE:-The original series of The American and English Railroad Cases, covering the entire range of Railroad Law for fourteen years, consists of sixty-one volumes and two digests. The original series of The American and English Corporation Cases, covering the entire range of Corporation Law, Municipal and Private, other than that pertaining to railroads, for eleven years, consists of forty-eight volumes and two digests.
