The ceremonies to be observed, under the direction of the United States Centennial Commission, in commemoration of the one hundredth anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the United States, will take place in Independence Square, Philadelphia, July 4, beginning at 10 A.M., or soon thereafter, upon the conclusion of the military review. The following order will be observed: I. Grand Overture, "The Great Republic," founded on the National Air "Hail Columbia," and arranged for the occasion by the composer, George F.
