Resolved, That two pieces of heavy Cannon with Carriages, Furniture, Shot & Cartridge paper, be sent to camp in New Jersey, agreeable to a requisition inade in behalf of General Mercer.

The Honorable Congress having resolved that the Paper Makers in Pennsylvania be detained from Proceeding with the Associators to New Jersey, all officers of this State are Required to pay a strict Regard to the same.

By order of the Board, Peter De Haven, & Co., Was directed to deliver to Col. Bull of Philad'a County, twenty stand of Arms for the use of his Battalion.

Resolved, That it is the opinion of this Board, that the present dissatisfaction which prevails in the Naval Department of this state, arising from a disputed Command, will greatly weaken the defence provided for the River Delaware, and that a hearing of the Officers before Convention, and a speedy determination of that matter, would be Conducive to the security of this State.

By order of the Board, an order was drawn on J. M. Nesbitt, Eso'r, Treas’r, in fav'r of Joseph Mather, Treas’r to the Committee of Inspection of Philad'a County, for £200, to be applied to the relief of the families of Poor Associators of Philad'a County, now in Actual Service. Mr. Mather being empowered by the Committee of Philad'a County for that Purpose p. their minutes, 12 August, Instant.

By order of the Board, Mr. Rob't Jewell, keeper of the State Prison, was directed to take under his care Thomas Story, a sick soldier, belonging to the Continental Army, and provide a Physician to attend him.

By order of the Board, Mr. Rob't Towers was directed to deliver Lieut. Col. Francis Holton of York County, four Muskets, taking his Receipt.

A Letter was wrote to Nathaniel Woodhull, Esq'r, the President of the Convention of New York, acquainting Him that Wm. Sutton is now Confin’d in the State Prison in this City.

By order of the Board, Mr. Rob't Towers was directed to deliver Lieut. Wm. Rowan of Col Francis Holton Battalion of York County, 24 Stand of Arms, taking his receipt.

By order of the Board, Mr. Nesbitt was directed to pay Mathew Delaney, order in fav'r of Peter Delany for £14, being for 4 months Service as Express Rider to the 14th July last.

By order of the Board, Jno. M. Nesbitt, Esq'r Treas'r, was directed to Change such Maryland money as may be offered to him by any of the 'Troops now on their march to the Camp, and if any loss happen thereon the Board will bear it.

By order of the Board, Robert Towers was directed to deliver Mr. Nicholas Hicks, 25 wheel Barrows, 4 Pick axes & 2 wood axes, for the Service of carrying on Fortification at Billingsport.

By order of the Board, Jno. Maxwell Nesbitt, Esq'r, was directed to pay Major John Andrews of Col. McAllister's Battalion of York County, £6, for milage for 12 men 120 miles, to be Char. ged to Congress.
