D. of, &c. on one part, and A. B. of, &c. on the other part, witneffeth, by an That whereas S. W. of, &c. on the day of indenture or leafe of that date, made between him on one part, and the said E. D. on the other part, for the confideration therein mentioned, did grant, leafe and farm let (here purfue the words of the leafe, and defcribe the premises as therein fet forth.) D. his executors, adminiftrators and affigns, from, &c. for and during the term of years from thence next enfuing, and fully to be complete and ended, at and under the yearly rent of, &c. payable, &c. (as you find it in the leafe) as in and by the faid in part recited indenture or leafe, relation being thereunto had, may more fully appear: Now this indenture witneeth, That the faid E. D. for and in confideration of the fum of, &c. to him in hand paid by the faid A. B. at or before the fealing and delivery of thefe prefents, the receipt whereof the faid E. B his executors, administrators or affigns, make, do, and execute, or caufe to be made, done, and executed, all and every fuch further and other lawful and reasonable act and acts, thing and things, affurance and affurances, in the law. whatfoever, for the further, better and more perfect granting, affigning and affaring, of the faid, premifes abovementioned, with the appurtenances, unto the faid A. B. his executors. adminiflrators and affigns, for and during all the reft, refidue and remainder, yet to come and unexpired, of the faid term of, &c. hereby granted and af figned as aforefaid, as by the said A. H. have granted, transferred, affigned and made over, and do hereby grant, transfer, affign and make over to the faid G. H. his heirs, executors, adminiftrators and affigns, the faid [premijes] above defcribed, and every part or parcel thereof, for and during all the refidue and remainder of the faid term aforefaid. H. his heirs and affigns with all the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, in as full and ample manner to all intents and purposes as I the faid L M might hold and enjoy the fame by virtue of the lease aforefaid. H. his heirs and affigns, that I have good right, full power and lawful authority to affign the faid [premfes] to him the faid G. H. to hold as aforefaid. And that he the faid G. H. his executors, adminiftrators and affigns, paying the rent and performing the conditions and covenants in said leafe mentioned to be on my part performed, fhall and may, during the refidue of the term aforefaid, peaceably and quietly have, hold, occupy, poffefs and enjoy the faid [premifes] with the appurtenances, without any let, trouble or molefta tion by or from me the faid L. M. of in confideration of the fum of have granted, affigned, transferred and made over, and do hereby grant, affign, transfer and make over to the faid W.
