It is therefore covenanted, granted and agreed, by and between all and every of the faid parties, for himfelf and herfelf, and for his, her and their heirs, executors and adminif trators, and they do hereby feverally and refpectively covenant, grant and agree to and with the others, their feveral and refpective heirs and affigns, that a partition of the fame fhall be and is hereby made and determined in manner following; that is to fay,

D. E. F. and G. H. or either of them or of their heirs or affigns, or of any perfon or perfons, claiming from, by or under them or any of them.
