Dennis E. Hensley (Ph.D. British & American Literature, Linguistics, Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana) is Professor of English and the director of the professional writing program at Taylor University, Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is the author of 6 novels including The Gift and The Caribbean Conspiracy and over thirty non-fiction books including Millennium Approaches and The Freelance Writer's Handbook. He has also published more than 3,000 articles in such publications as Reader's Digest, USA Today, and People.
