CHAPTER CCCXXXII.

AN ACT to incorporate the Saco Falls Manufacturing Company. SECT. 1. BE it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives, in Legislature assembled, That Seth Storer, Isaac Emery, Jonathan Tucker, John Spring, George Scamman, George Thacher, Persons incor Seth Spring, Ether Shepley, Andrew Scamman, porated. Samuel Hartley, Jonathan King, Reuben H. Green, Daniel Granger, Joseph Leland, Samuel Pierson, James W. Ripley and Abel Hersey, and such other persons as may hereafter be associated with them, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby made a body politic, by the name of the Saco Falls Manufacturing Company, for the purpose of manufacturing cotton, wool, iron, and any other raw material which may be found useful and profitable in the town of Saco; and for this purpose, shall have all the powers and privileges, and be subject to all the duties and requirements expressed in an Act entitled, "An Act defining the general powers and duties of Manufacturing Companies," passed the eighth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty-one,
