HE Queen has been pleased, on the nomination of Lord Forester, to appoint Charles Edward Murray, Esq. to be one of Her Majesty's Honourable Corps of Gentlemen at Arms, vice Hopkinson, who retires.

THE Queen has been pleased to present the Reverend Robert Stewart to the church and parish of Aucharacle, in the presbytery of Mull and county of Argyll, vacant by the transportation of the Reverend Hugh McDiarmid, late Minister thereof, to the parish of Callander, in the presbytery of Dunblane.

The Queen has also been pleased to present the Reverend Roderick Reid to the church and parish of Lochs, in the presbytery of Lewis and county of Ross, vacant by the transportation of the Reverend Robert Stewart, late Minister thereof, to the parish of Aucharacle, in the presbytery of Mull.

THE Queen has been pleased to appoint William Fishbourne, Esq. to be Magistrate for Her Majesty's settlements in the Falkland Islands.

The Queen has been pleased to present the Reverend James Gillan, Master of Arts, to the church and parish of Alford, in the presbytery of Alford and county of Aberdeen, vacant by the death of Doctor James Farquharson, late Minister thereof.

The Queen has also been pleased to present Doctor John Crombie to the church and parish of Scone, in the presbytery and shire of Perth, vacant by the transportation of the Reverend James Craik, late Minister thereof, to a church at Glasgow.

The Queen has also been pleased to present the Reverend Henry Taylor, Master of Arts, to the church and parish of Westruther, in the presbytery of Lauder and county of Berwick, vacant by the resignation of the Reverend John Crosbie, late Minister thereof.

The Queen has also been pleased to present the Reverend Walter Low to the church and parish of Lochlee, in the presbytery of Brechin and county of Forfar, vacant by the admission of the Reverend Alexander Tod, late Minister thereof, to the church and parish of Monifieth, in the presbytery of Dundee.
