July; and James Savage and Muke
Box have, in a deposition made be-
fore Stephen Cole, J. P., on the
27th April, 1815, declared the valu-
ation to be correct, to the best of
their skill and judgment.
Claims payment for five horses, two
bells and collars, &c.

In a deposition on the account, which
expresses them to have been stolen
by the friendly Sac Indians, in June
and July, made before Ste. Cole,
J. P., on the 27th April, 1815, by
James Savage, Delany Bolling, Jo-
seph Jolly, Muke Box, and Joseph
Yarnall, they have declared that the
bill is a true estimation.

They are stated in the account to have

been stolen by the friendly Sac In-
dians, (but when, is not mentioned,)
and Delany Bolling, in a deposition
made before Ste. Cole, J. P., on the
15th May, 1815, has declared, that
the mare was in his possession in
the time the hostilities commenced
with the friendly Sac Indians. Be-
low the signature of the justice, there
are signatures of Delany Bolling,
James Savage, and Wm. Savage;
two of them being marks only, not
witnessed; the object of these sig-
natures is not mentioned.
Claims payment for a horse
Delany Bolling and Gilead Rupe, in a

deposition dated 26th April, 1815,
and made before Ste. Cole, J. P.,
have declared the horse to have
been worth $130; and the claimant,
in a deposition sworn before the
same magistrate, at the same time,
has declared that the horse was, to
the best of his knowledge, stolen by
