AN ACT to Authorize the Levy Court of New Castle County to Rebuild the Bridge over the randywine Creek in the City of Wilmington, at Market Street.

AN ACT to Amend Section 15, Chapter 9, of the Revised Code of the State of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate aud House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION I. SECTION 1. That Chapter 582, Volume 17, of the Laws Chapter 582,

of Delaware, be and the same is hereby amended by striking on Ws

of Seymour Smith and J. J. Foulk and striking out the letter

"S" from the word "Organizations," in lines 4, 9 and 11,

AN ACT to Further Amend Chapter 15 of the Revised Code.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION I. That Chapter 15 of the Revised Code as amended be and the same is hereby amended as follows, namely: Add to Section 24 of said chapter, as amended by Chapter 429 of Volume 17 of the Laws of Delaware, the following:
