1. No book shall be drawn from the library by any person not a resident of the district or a member of the school.

2. Books shall not be drawn for a longer peroid than two weeks.

3. If any person damages a book in any way, said person will be held responsible for such damage.

4. If any person keeps a book for a longer period than two weeks, he will be liable to a fine of five cents per week.

5. The Library shall be kept at the School Building while the school is in session, and the School Board shall appoint a Librarian who shall have charge of said Lib rary.
