No important change has been introduced into the plan Plan and of this Handbook, as compared with that which was issued object of in 1880. The object is to secure facility of reference to every subject which is introduced into The Contagious Diseases (Animals) Acts, 1878 and 1884, and the Orders of Council made thereunder, and for this purpose a dictionary index has been found more useful in practice than a popular summary of the laws in force.
