An Act to amend the Act passed by the Parliament of the late Province of Canada, intituled "An Act to incorporate the Montreal Board of Trade." [Assented to 8th April, 1875.] HEREAS it is expedient to amend the Act passed by Preamble. the Parliament of the late Province of Canada, in the Session held in the fourth and fifth years of Her Majesty's reign, intituled "An Act to incorporate the Montreal Board of 4-5 V., c. 90. Trade" Therefore Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows: 1. The sixth, eighth, ninth and tenth sections of the said Certain Act intituled "An Act to incorporate the Montreal Board sections of Trade' are hereby repealed, except only as respects all repealed. rights acquired and things done under the said sections or any of them, before the coming into force of this Act. 2.
