Anno 13 Caroli II. Cap. 1. For fafety and prefervation of his Majefty's perfon and government, against treasonable and fe'ditious practices and attempts. Cap. 2. For repeal of an act of parliament, intituled, An act for dif abling all perfons in holy orders, to exercife any temporal jurifdiction or authority.

Cap. 3. For the declaring, vesting and fettling of all fuch monies, goods, and other things in his Majefty, which were received, levied or collected in these late times, and are remaining in the hands or poffeffion of any treasurers, receivers, collectors, or others, not pardoned by the act of oblivion.

Cap. 4. For a free and voluntary prefent to his Majefty. Cap. 5. Againft tumults and diforders, upon pretence of preparing or presenting publick petitions, or other addreffes to his Majefty, or the parliament.

Cap. 6. For declaring the fole right of the militia to be in the King, and for the present ordering and difpofing the fame.

Cap. 7. For confirming publick acts. Cap. 8. For providing neceffary carriages for his Majefty in his royal progrefs and removals. Cap. 9. For the establishing articles and orders for the regulating and better government of his Majefty's navies, Thips of war, and forces by fea. Cap. 10. Cap. 12. For explanation of a clause contained in an act of parliament, made in the feventeenth year of the late King Charles, intituled, An act for repeal of a branch of a fatute primo Elizabethæ, concerning commiffioners for caufes ecclefiaftical. Cap. 13. For velting the arrears of the excife and new impoft in his Majesty.

Cap. 14. For confirming an act, intituled, An act for encouraging and increasing of shipping and navigation, and feveral other acts, both publick and private mentioned therein. Cap. 15. For declaring the pains, penalties and forfeitures impofed upon the estates and perfons of certain notorious offenders, excepted out of the act of free and general pardon, indemnity and oblivion.

6. An act for fettling the manors of Knoll, Seale, and Kempfing in the county of Kent, upon the earl of Dorfet and his heirs, and charging the manor of Bexhill, and the manor or farm of Cowding, and other lands in the county of Suffex, with a rent charge of one hundred and thirty pounds per annum in lieu thereof.

7. An act for confirmation of the charter and privileges of the mafter, wardens and commonalty of weavers, fullers and clothiers in the city of Worcefter.

8. An act for fettling feveral lands. late of Sir Edward Baefb, knight, upon Sir Ralph Baefb, knight of the Bath, heir of the faid Sir Edward, and his heirs.

9. An act for confirmation and explanation of An act for the fettling of fome of the manors and lands of the earl of Cleaveland in trustees, to be fold for the fatisfying of the debts of the jaid earl, and of Thomas lord Wentworth his fon.

10. An act for the uniting the parfonages of Saint Andrews and Saint Mary Witton in Droitwich in the county of Worcester.

11. An act to enable John lord Abergavenny, fon and heir of Henry late lord Abergavenny, to fell certainlands, for payment of his debts, and preferment of his brother and fifters. 12. An act for the naturalizing of Francis Brudenell, efquire, fon and

heir apparent of the right honourable Robert lord Brudenell, and of the right honourable Anna Maria countess of Shrewsbury, daughter of the faid lord Brudenell, and now wife of the right honourable Francis earl of Shrewsbury.

13. An act for the reviving a settlement of certain lands on John Orlibeare for life, the remainder to the fons of the faid John fucceffively and the heirs males of their bodies, &c.

14. An act for confirming and continuing an act for neceffary maintenance of the work of draining the great level of the fens. 15. Anact for confirming of an inclofure of land, formerly used for a common highway from Parfons Green to Southfield in Fulham, and the fettling of other land for a common highway there in lieu thereof.

16. An act enabling trustees to fell certain lands and tenements in the counties of Suffolk and Norfolk, for the payment of the debts of Richard Gipps, efquire, and providing portions for his younger children.

Anno 13 Caroli II. Stat. 2. Cap. 1. For the well-governing and

regulating of corporations.

Cap. 2. For prevention of vexations

and oppreflions by arrests, and of delays in fuits of law. Cap. 3. For granting unto the King's majefty twelve hundred and threefcore thousand pounds, to be affeffed and levied by an affeffment of threefcore and ten thousand pounds by the month, for eighteen months. Cap. 4. To enable the King's majesty

to make leafes, grants and copies of offices, lands, tenements and hereditaments, parcel of his Highness duchy of Cornwal, or annexed to the fame; and for confirmation of leafes or grants already made.

2. An act for dividing Trinity Church in Kingston upon Hull from Hafle. 3. An act to enable Algernon Peyton doctor of divinity, to make fale of part of his lands for payment of debts, &c.

4. An act for confirming An act for reflitution of Thomas earl of Arundell, Surrey and Norfolk, to the dignity and title of duke of Norfolk. 5. An act for confirming of private

acts.

Anno 13 Cap. 1. For preventing the mischiefs and dangers that may arise by certain perfons called Quakers, and others refufing to take lawful oaths. Cap. 2. For repairing the highways and fewers, and for paving and keeping clean of the ftreets in and about the city of London and Weftminfter, and for reforming of annoyances and diforders in the streets of, and places adjacent to, the faid cities; and for the regulating and licencing of hackney coaches, and for the enlarging of feveral strait and inconvenient streets and pasfages.

Cap. 3. For ordering the forces in the

feveral counties of this kingdom. Cap. 4. For the uniformity of publick prayers and administration of facraments, and other rites and ceremonies; and for establishing the form of making, ordaining and confecrating bifhops, priefts and deacons in the church of England. Cap. 5. For regulating the making of ftuffs in Norfolk and Norwich. Cap. 6. For inlarging and repairing of common highways.

Cap. 7. To reftrain the exportation

of leather and raw hides out of the realm of England.

Cap. 8. For diftribution of threefcore thousand pounds amongst the truly loyal and indigent commiffion officers, and for affeffing of offices, and diftributing the monies thereby raised for their further fupply.

Cap. 9. For the relief of poor and maimed officers and foldiers, who have faithfully ferved his Majesty and his royal father in the late wars. Cap. 10. For eftablishing an additional revenue upon his Majefty, his heirs and fucceffors, for the better fupport of his and their crown and dignity.

Cap. 11. For preventing frauds, and regulating abuses in his Majesty's

customs.

Cap. 12. For the better relief of the poor of this kingdom.

Cap. 13. For prohibiting the importation of foreign bonelace, cutwork, imbroidery, fringe, bandftrings, buttons and needle-work. Cap. 14. Directing the profecution of fuch as are accountable for prize goods.

Cap. 15. For regulating the trade of filk-throwing.

Cap. 16. For the more fpeedy and effectual bringing thofe perfons to account, whofe accounts are excepted in the act of oblivion. Cap. 17. For the relief of collectors

of publick monies, and their affiftants and deputies.

Anno 13 & 14 Caroli II. 1. An act for the fettling of the estate of James late duke of Richmond and Lenos, according to agreement of Charles duke of Richmond and Lenos, Mary duchefs dowager of Richmond and Lenos, and the lady

Mary her daughter, and the truftees of the faid lady duchefs. 2. An act for confirmation of certain letters patents made and to be made to the right noble lord George duke of Albermarle, of feveral honours, manors and hereditaments granted or mentioned to be granted to him by his Majefty.

3. An act for confirming the estate of John marquess of Winchester in certain manors and lands whereof the deeds and evidences were burnt and loft at the taking of the caftle of Bafing.

An act to confirm the fale of certain lands fold by Ferdinando late earl of Huntingdon, for the payment of his own and his father's - debts.

5. An act for fettling a capital meffuage or manfion-house with the appurtenances in Kenfington in the county of Middlefex, upon Baptift viscount Campden and his heirs. 6. An act for confirming An act refloring to Thomas lord Culpepper, Jon and heir and fole executor of John lord Culpepper, baron of Thofway and mafter of the rolls deceased, all his honours, manors, lands and teuements, leafes not determined and bereditaments whatsoever, whereof the faid John lord Culpepper was in poffeffion on the twentieth of May 1642. or at any time after, which have not been fince fold or aliened by the faid John late lord Culpeper by acts or affurances to which himself was party and confenting.
