be at the charge of fuit; fed contra, if not difpoffeffed, &c.

Covenants concerning marriages, &c,

That truftees may place out the marriage portion, and apply the fame and
intereft, &c. according to the agreement without fuit, &c.

That the hufband will join with his intended wife in transferring stocks, &c.

fubject to several trufts

That the intended wife may make deeds or will, if no iffue

That the hufband fhall perinit his wife to live feparate, where, with whom,

and follow fuch bufinefs as the pleases

That the husband will live feparate, and the wife may continue in the house,

and have the ufe of the goods, &c.

That the wife fhall live separate

That the hufband pay the wife an annuity during life

That the husband thall pay 10l. towards the wife's funeral, if he survives
