BOUNDED on the north west by 7 chains and 50 links north-easterly along land belonging to the New Town Charitable Institution now known as the Archery Ground commencing at the south angle thereof (crossing a cart road), on the north east by 6 chains 95 links south-easterly along the last-mentioned land and along other land belonging to the New Town Charitable Institution (crossing a carriage drive), on the south east by 7 chains and 44 links south-westerly also along other land belonging to the New Town Charitable Institution, and thence on the south west by 7 chains and 13 links north-westerly also along other land belonging to the New Town Charitable Institution to the point of commencement. [27 September, 1895.] BE it it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows: 1 The Roads set forth in the Schedule shall be and they are Declaration of hereby declared to be Main Roads of Tasmania for the purposes of Main Roads.
