EVERY ONE WHO OWNS THE BOOK SHOULD HAVE A COPY.

[ANNOUNCEMENT.]

On receipt of price, the undersigned will forward (postpaid). copies of the Supplement, neatly bound in paper covers; or copies of the History, handsomely bound in cloth, with the Supplement included. Having in the publication of the former volume enjoyed a patronage unprecedented in works of this character, the undersigned. sincerely hopes that all who purchased the volume will subscribe for copies of the Supplement, and induce their relatives of the name who have not hitherto had copies of the book, to take this opportunity to secure the volume, enlarged by the addition of a Supplement, for which (in such cases) nothing extra is asked, the whole being sold for the same price charged four years ago for the single cloth-bound copy of the volume.

After seven years labor on the various details of this subject without expectation of personal pecuniary recompense-setting aside the greater labors of his father, who broadly laid the foundations of this additional research-the undersigned throws himself on the generosity. of his numerous family connection to make whole the expense of printing.
