Lecture 3 treats of Joseph in Egypt; Lecture 4 of Abraham and Moses; Lecture 5 discusses the "Place of the Exodus in Egypt's History," and Lecture 6 "The Pharaoh of the Exodus." There is a special essay added in which the question is discussed, whether the proper name "Hebrews" is met on the monuments.
