The Commissioners in each Ward to cause such repairs to be made, &c. To render an account quarterly to the Chairman, exhibiting the amount expended, &c.

In case of equal division on any subject relative to their duties, the Hall to decide, To constitute a majority, there must be present at least one member from each Ward, Streets separating two Wards, to be repaired at their joint ex- pense, Commissioners to hire hands and purchase or hire horses, carts, &c.
