AN ACT making appropriations for the payment of miscellaneous items of indebtebness owing by the State of Nebraska.

CHAPTER 118.

Appropriation of $122,50.

AN ACT for the relief of Patrick O. Hawes.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Nebraska:

SECTION 1. That the sum of one hundred and
twenty-two dollars and fifty cents ($122.50), is
hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay
Patrick O. Hawes his fees for collecting the
same, and the auditor of state is hereby au-
thorized and instructed to draw his warrant for
that amount on the state treasury.

CHAPTER 119.

Preamble,

AN ACT for the relief of Peter Prebile.

WHEREAS, The state of Nebraska did sell to Peter Prebile a lot and received payment for the same from him, said lot being at the time

owned and possessed by the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad Company, and

WHEREAS, The state ought in justice return

to him the money so paid.

CHAPTER 120.

AN ACT for the relief of E. P. Childs, Milton T. Barlow,
Alvin Saunders, and John Worden.

WHEREAS, Patrick O. Hawes, in September Preamble. 1882, paid into the treasury the sum of four thousand one hundred and ninety-three dollars and fifty cents ($4193.50), six hundred dollars of which was due E. P. Childs, three hundred dollars due A. R. Hays deceased, two hundred and fifty dollars due Alvin Saunders, and three hundred dollars due John Worden, therefore,

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Nebraska.

SECTION 1. That the sum of six hundred dollars to pay E. P. Childs, three hundred dollars to pay Milton T. Barlow, administrator of the estate of the late N. R. Hays, and two hundred and fifty dollars to pay Alvin Saunders, and three hundred dollars to pay John Worden is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to pay said persons, and the auditor is hereby authorized and instructed to draw his warrant for said amounts.
