Until the next decennial United States census, and an apportionment be made thereon by law, the Ilouse of Representatives shall consist of two hunalred and one members, and shall be apportioned as follows, viz:

The city of Philadelphia, shall clect thirty-eight inernbers, and the said city shall be diyided into twenty-eight districts, as follows:

The First ward shall constitute the First district and elect two members.

The Second ward shall constitute the Second district and elect two members.

The Third ward shall constitute the Third district and elect one member.

The Fourth ward shall constitute the fourth district and elect one member.

The Fifth ward shall constitute ihe Fifth district and clect one member.

The Sixth ward shall constitute the Sixth district and elect one member.

The Seventh ward shall constitute the Seventh (listrict and clect two members.

The Eighth ward shall constitute the Eighth district and elect one meinber.

The Vinth ward shall constitute the Ninth (listrict and elect one member.

The Tenth ward shall constitute die Tenth district and elect one member.

The Eleventh ward shall constitute the Eleventh district ind elect one member.

The Twelfth warl shall constituto the Twelfth district and elect one member.

The Thirteenth war shall constitute the Thirfront listricton (lect one members

The Fourteenth ward shall constitute the Fourteenth district and elect one member.

The Fifteenth ward shall constitute the Fifteenth listrict and elect three members.

The sixtcenth ward shall constitute the sixteenti district and elect one inember.

The Fifth to the Fourteenth divisions, inclusive, of the Seventeenth ward, shall constitute the serenteontlı district and clect one member.

The First, Second, Third and Fourth divisions of ihe Seventeenth ward, and the Eighteenth waril, shall constituto the Eighteenth district and elect two members.

The Nineteenth ward shall constitute the lineteenth district and elect threc members.

The Twentieth ward shall constitute the Tweniticth district and clect two members.

'The Twenty-first and Twenty-eighth wards shall constitute the Twenty-first district and elect one meniber.

The Twenty-second ward shall constitute the Twenty-second district and elect one meniber.

The Twenty-third ward shall constitute the Twenty-third district and elect one member.

The Twenty-fourth ward shall constitute the Twenty-fourth district and elect one member.

The Twenty-fifth ward shall constitute the Twenty-fifth district and elect one member.

The Twenty-sixth ward shall constitute the Twenty-sixth district and clect two members.

The Twenty-seventh ward shall constitute the Twenty-seventh district and elect one member.

The Twenty-ninth ward shall constitute the Twoity-righth district and elect one weber.

The couty of Adanis shall be entitled to und shall elect two members.

The county of Allegheny shall be entitled to fourteen members, and the said count is hereby alivided into six districts as follows:

The city of Illegheny shall constitute the First district and elect three members,

The first, Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth, Seventh und Eighth wards of the city of Pittsburg shall constitutc the Second district and elect two members.

The lifth, Sinth, Tenth and Twelfth wards shall constitute the Third district and elect one member.

The remaining wards of the city of Pittsburg, being the Eleventh and Thirteenth to the ThirtySeventh ward, inclusive, shall constitute the fourth cljstrict and elect four members.

The boroughs and townships lying between the Monongahela and Allegheny rivers, and the borouglis and townships north of the Ohio and west of the Illegheny rivers, shall constitute the Fifth district and elect two members,

And the boroughs and townships lying west and south of the Monongahela and Ohio rivers, including the township of Neville, shall constitute the Sixth district and elect two members.

The county of Armstrong shall clect two mombers.

The county of Beaver shall elect two members. The county of Bedford shall elect two members. The county of Blair shall elect two members.

The county of Bradford shall clerot turec members.

The counts of Bucks shall clect four members. The county of Butler shall elect two members.

The county of Berkis shall be contitled to sin members, and shall be livided into tiro listricts, namely:

The city of Reading shall compose the first district and elect two members,

All of the county of Berks not embraced in the First clistrict shall compose the Seconil district and Cect four members.

The county of Cambria shilloler two members. The county of (ameron shall clect one member. The county of (arbon shall elect two members. The county of Centre shall elect two members. The county of Chester shall clert four members. The county of ('larion shall clect two members. The county of Cleartield shall-elect one member. The county of Clinton shall elect one member. The county of Columbia shall elect two members. The county of Crawford shall elect four members.

The county of ('umberland shall clect two members.

The county of Dauphin shall be entitled to three members, and shall be divided into two clistricts, namely:

The city of Harrisburg shall consuitute the first (listrict and elect one member.

The rest of the said county shall constitute the Second district and elect two members.

The county of Delaware shall clect two members. The county of Elk shall elect one member.

The county of Erie shall be entitled to four menbers, and shall be divided into two districts, namely:

The city of Erie shall constitute the first district and elect one member.

The rest of said county shall constitute thee Sierond district and elect three members.

The county of Fayette shall elect two members.
The county of Forest shall elect one meniher.

The county on Franklin shall cleot three menbers,

The county of Fulton shall elect one member.
The county of Greene shall elect one member.

The county of Huntingdon shall clect two mene bers.

The county of Indiana shall elect two members.
The county of Jefferson shall elect one member.
The county of Juniata shall clect one member.

The county of Lancaster shall be entitled to six members and shall be divided into three districts, namely :

The city of Lancaster shall constitute the First listrict and shall elect one member.

The boroughs of Strasburg and Washington, the townships of Lancaster, Manor, Conestoga, Pequca, Martic, Providence, Drumore, Fulton, Little Britain, East and West Lampeter, Strasburg, Colerain, Eden, Bart, Salisbury, Sadsbury, Paradise and Le:cock shall constitute the Secono district and eleet two members.

The rest of the county of Lancaster, not embraced in the First and Second districts as aforesaid, shall constitute the Third district and clect three members.

The county of Lawrence shall elect two members.
The county of Lebanon shall elect two members.
The county of Lehigh shall elect three members.

The counts of Lycoming shall elect three members.
