The Clerk produced to this Board the following engrossed Leases, to wit, A Lease to Harmanus Talman for the Ferry from the Bear Market at the North River to Hobock for the Term of two Years from the first Day of May Inst; a Lease to Thomas Ivory, for the Ferry from Pecks Slip to the Corporation's Wharf at Nassau Island for the Term of one Year; a Lease to John Bingham for the Docks & Slips & another to Abraham Van Gelder for the Stalls & Standings each for the Term of two Years from the first day of May Instant; which several Leases being read & approved of, were signed by the Mayor, and ORDERED to be delivered to the respective Lessees, on their executing Counterparts thereof.
