ORDERD the like to John Faulkner or order the Sum of No 2661 £18:9:9 (out of the monies paid into his hands by the Church Wardens of this City for acct of the Lamps & Watchmen) in full of his acc! for Watching this City from the 19th of February last to the 13th of March Instant, as pr his said acct sworn to & allowed of by this Board

ORDERD that the Aldm & Common Council men of the East & North Wards do Prepare the moddle of a Bridge or ferry Stairs at the Fly Market Slip, the present one being decayed & out of repair & prefer the same to this Board at their next meeting for their approbation

ORDER'D upon the Petition of Christopher Fegenhaen that the Clerk of this Board Prepare a Lease to him of Lot No 31 heretofore Leased

to Edward Muckelroy, for the term of 42 years from the 1st of May next he paying yearly for the first 21 years the sum of £4 and for the Remaining 21 years the Sum of £5 & paying the Taxes & other Impositions with which the said Lot shall & may be Chargeable during the said term of 42 years

a white loaf of the finest Flour to weigh...... 1 : 81⁄2oz for 4 Coppers AND further ORDERD, that no other bread be made for Sale within this City than According to the Above Assize (hard bisquits only Excepted) and that all Bakers within the same take Notice thereof and make their Bread Accordingly

ORDER'D that the Ald & Common Council men of Montgomery & the North Wards be a Committee to Conferr with the [305] Ministers Elders & Deacons of the Reformed Protestant Church in this City, relative to the Regulating of King George Street: and make their Report thereon to this Board with all Convenient Speed

[306] THE PETITION of Sundry Inhabitants of this City Praying that the Old Slip may be filled up & the Market House there be taken down was presented to this Board & read & thereupon ORDER'D that the consideration thereof be deferred to some future Common Council

ORDER'D that Aldm Gautier Ald Waddell, Mess's Huggit, Abeel & Hardenbrook or the major part of them be a Committee to Enquire. what Number of Measurers there is at Present, and to fix upon such Regulations, respecting the Measuring of Wheat and other Grain brought to this City for Sale as they shall Conceive Necessary and make Report thereof to this Board with all Convenient Speed.

ORDERD the Mayor Issue his Warrant to the Treasurer No 2662 of this City to pay to Francis Child or order the Sum of W Iss! £75 10 3 in full of his two accts for Victualling Sundry Criminals & for other Expences attending the New Goal from the 18th of December Last to the 19th of March inst as pr his

said two accts audited by the Committee, sworn to & allowed of by this Board

ORDERD the like to John Simmons or order the Sum of No 2663 £28: 18 in full of his acc! against this Corporation; as p his said acc! audited by the Committee Sworn to and allowed of by this Board

ORDERD the like to Mrs Sarah Brock or order the Sum No 2664 of £35 in full of her acc: against this Corporation as pr her said acct audited by the Committee sworn to and allowed of by this Board.

ORDERD the like to Isaac Bogart or order the Sum of No 2665 £5: 173 (out of the monies paid into his Hands by the W! Iss Church Wardens of this City for acct of the Lamps & Watchmen) for Iron Work by him done to several of the publick Lamps in this City, as pr his said acct audited by the Committee sworn to & allowed of by this Board
