CHAPTER 1.

AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION.

House Amendment to House Bill No. 217.

Section I of the

Strike out all of the bill after the word "State" in the third Amendment to line of Section I of the bill and insert in lieu thereof the following: Bill. “First, That all of Section 3 of Article 9 of the Constitution

of this State after the word 'Corporation,' where it occurs the second time in Section 3, be stricken out."

Section 2. That Section 6 of said Article 9 be stricken out Amendmeet to and in lieu thereof substitute and adopt the following, viz.:
