The words following in the third section of the act 39 Victoria, chapter seventy-six, intituled: “ An act to incorporate the musical band of the village of Lauzon,” to wit: " or of imprisonment for thirty days or of both at once in the discretion of the judge " are hereby repealed and struck from the said act, no longer to form part thereof.
