CHAPTER V. of certain certifis RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Representatives of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in general assembly met, That the Judges of the supreme court shall, as soon as conveniently may be after the passing of this resolution, form How the legality an issue to try the legality of the certificates granted to John cates to be tried. Shepperd and Benjamin Dorrance, for the Mammoth farm, being the greater part of Claverak one of the seventeen townships in Luzerne county, (which certificates now remain in the office of the secretary of the land-office,) in such manner as shall be calculated to do justice to the commonwealth, and the said John Shepperd and Benjamin Dorrance; and the whole merits shall be fairly and fully tried in the supreme court in the city of Philadelphia, and the judges of said court shall have power to decree touching the costs and the issue as to right and justice may appertain and the trial of such issue and the judgment and decree of the court thereon shall be final.
